Adult Lessons

Adult Lessons will include three separate levels of instruction: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each class will run 30 minutes in length, and include a 4:1 instructor to student ratio. As well, all classes include water safety components. We’re committed to helping you both achieve your personal goals and a healthy lifestyle.

• New students are able to start at any time throughout the month
• Registration is on-going
• Payments are processed within the first 5 business days of each month
